Databases not getting created

My installations are going through without any issues (All the three components), but when I try to access the connector admin home page I get an error. I realized that neither the ConnectorDB nor the PS2007ProviderDB are getting created. Here is the event log

NOTE: This is a two server configuration.

I can notice that this message says Login Failed - I checked again to make sure that the login is correct. Login is failing because the Database is not getting created.

I can manually login to the SQL Server and create DBs with the same Login.

I spent quite sometime on this and any help will be appreciated.

I manually created the DBs and installed the connector again (by selecting the relevant options), then it said stored procedure not found.
