TFS Requirement 'WorkItem' Push

Many of my company's project requirement tidbits are stored in TFS, where they are easily accessible for the software people to view. However, project managers, using project server, need to be sure that requirements are being met by the engineers during the product testing phase of development. As such, the requirements stored in TFS need to be accessible (read-only) through project server, since the project managers do not have TFS access.

So, a few questions:

1. Is this possible? Can requirements be easily passed from TFS to PS?
2. If reqs. are pushed as work items, how are they differentiatiate as requirements separate from other work items?
3. What is the heirarchy viewable from PS regarding reqs. in TFS, namely, is the heirarchy preserved?

I am not an expert with TFS nor PS, but it has been tasked to me to find out our options. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
